Human Error a part of human life and this cause make many incidents in our life. Human factors in vehicle traffic collision include all factors related to drivers and other road users that may contribute to a  collision. Examples include driver behavior, visual and auditory acuity, decision-making ability, and reaction speed. In Europe Countries 40% of fatally injured drivers some quantity of alcohol was consumed prior to the Traffic Collision.

Modern Rich young boys and girls also a part of human error activities like  collision. Car racing and fast speed driving is hobby of these guys. Females in this age group suffer a somewhat lower accident and fatality rate than males. Also within this group, the highest Traffic Collision incidence rate occurs within the first year of licensed driving. Human Error of traffic collision more incident in this age than mature age.
Sleep deprivation, Drug use, not used the Seatbelt, not proper maintenance of vehicles and other Human Error are the main reason of Traffic Collision in our life.
